Château Redon 2020

Although Château Redon is not the most well-situated estate in Saint-Emilion, it seems that it does the best it can, given its location. Definitely one of the “sleepers” in its own category which deserves to be better known !

Advice

Serving
Serve at room temperature.
Tasting
There is obvious red fruit which is pure and concentrated. It is elegant and refined with very typical Saint-Emilion characteristics.
Food pairings
This is a great partner for lamb, game, chicken and rare, grilled beef and dishes with earthy flavours like mushroom and truffles.

Reviews

89/100 - Bronze
"Toasty, charred oak aromas. The palate shows a good concentration of dense black fruit, red plums, and spicy elements. Enjoyable tension on the palate, bright acidity, and grippy tannins. " [+]
