Tasting
A reference of balance.
Visual appearance
This 2019 has a dense and lively colour, with an intense red colour.
At nose
With a a high proportion of Cabernet Sauvignon in the blend, this wine offers complex aromas of spices, black fruits and sweet wood.
On the palate
The attack is delicate with the presence of a harmonious, melted and greedy woodiness. The tasting continues with fine, spherical tannins giving the wine an incredibly velvety texture. Black fruits, notes of toasted hazelnuts, vanilla and mocha perfectly describe the aromatic richness. With a beautiful length in the mouth, this 2019 is an example of balance and finesse.
Food pairings
Goes well with red meats and chocolate.
