Advice
Serving
Serve at room temperature.
At nose
Open and darkly expressive on the nose.
On the palate
On the palate, this comes across as being light on its feet, with very fine tannins providing an excellent framework for a core of crunchy, fresh fruit.
Food pairings
It will delight together with a nice piece of beef on a green pepper sauce and it is a good accompanist for all grilled meat dishes. It is also great on its own.
