Advice

Serving
Serve at room temperature.
At nose
Plenty of spice and exotic fruit on the nose, set against a background of brambly, blackberry fruit.
On the palate
A soft and creamy entry with a rather more drawn out structure through the mi-palate. This has a lot of appeal.
Food pairings
This delightfully aromatic, elegantly wine makes a superb match for a slow-roast leg of lamb with a rosemary and anchovy crust.

Reviews

90/100
"A juicy and nicely plummy St.-Emilion showing berries and a touch of white pepper. Fruit-forward and firm on the palate with medium body and a nice, fine-grained finish. Already appealing but should get better in one more year." [+]
