In the vineyard
Planted over 35 years ago on a 2-hectare plot, Château de Stella aims to be intimate to give special attention to its vines and clusters. Leaf removal, shoot thinning, cluster selection, soil aeration, daily work between the rows of the vineyard.
Winemaking
Vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
Ageing
Aging in French oak barrels for 12 to 15 months.
