Premier éclat is the first white wine from our vineyards! Merlot Noir, the king of grape varieties on Bordeaux's Right Bank, is vinified here as a white wine. The result is a fresh, aromatic, and subtle white made from black grapes.

Presentation
Harvest
Harvest at the end of the night, during the coolest hours.
Winemaking
Gentle and slow direct pressing to preserve freshness and avoid color extraction. Fermentation at low temperature (18°C) for 10 days. Aging on fine lees, with regular stirring, in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. No malolactic fermentation to preserve freshness.

Serving
Serve chilled: 10-12°C.

Light, clear, and brilliant dress with silvery highlights.
At nose
Notes of white fruit (peach, pear) mingling with aromas of white flowers and grapefruit.

Frank attack and beautiful tension on the palate, accompanied by citrus notes. Delicious finish.
