Location
Civrac en Médoc is located in the north of the peninsula. Close to the Gironde estuary and the coasts of the Atlantic Ocean, our climate is mild, humid but also very ventilated.
Terroir
The soils spread over around twenty plots of vines aged 30 to 60 years. They are brown clay-limestone or clay-sandy.
This diversity allows for a good soil/vine variety match.
In the vineyard
Soil maintenance with annual fertilization. Maintaining grass cover or mechanical weeding. Reduction of foliar treatments.
Harvest
First sorting of the grapes at the plot carried out by the harvesters and second sorting in the cellar.
Winemaking
Fermentations take place in thermoregulated stainless steel vats.
Ageing
Aging for 12 months in barrels (30% of which are new).

Merlot : 60%
Cabernet sauvignon : 40%
