Château Mancèdre 2016

The vineyard was created in the 17th century on a deep gravelly hillside, well drained and remarkably well exposed. In 2004, the new owners decided to focus on top-of-the-range quality. In the commune of Martillac, in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan appellation.
The winery is a real jewel of technology, part of an eco-responsible movement to produce quality, delicious wines.

Tasting
Ruby-red with purple highlights, this 2016 vintage is a confident wine. A bouquet of red fruit (redcurrant, cherry, strawberry) confirms the favourable impression left by the colour. Round and fresh on the attack, the palate reveals a balanced, elegant body. And there's no lack of power on the finish!
