Visual appearance
This white wine reveals a very beautiful pale yellow, clear and brilliant dress.
At nose
At first nose, we discover beautiful notes of citrus, citron but also of white flowers and citrus.
On the palate
In the mouth, the attack is fresh. Quickly the volume is present but it is the acidity that carries the tension and length. Beautiful balance and a persistence of citrus notes in the finish supported by a grilled, salivating note.
