On the palate
This is a lovely open wine with a fleshy fruit, elegant tannins and good concentration. The fruit lingers well through the length.
Food pairings
This balanced red would make an ideal partner for quality red meats like seared fillet steak, rack of lamb or a herb-crusted roast loin of pork.
