Winemaking
The harvest is mechanical. A separated vinification of the grape varieties is realized in temperature controlled stainless steel tank. Long vatting (25 days), alcoholic fermentation with pumping over and regular racking, malolactic fermentation in vats.
Ageing
The ageing process is realized for 18 months, including 60% in French oak barrels.

Tasting
The color is brilliant with a deep and intense ruby color and purple reflections. The first expressive nose is concentrated and marked by notes of ripe fruit (rasberry such as blackcurrant). The second nose confirms the fragrance of the fruit and spicy, licorice notes. Straight in attack, the palate then reveals black fruits, complex structure with a melted woody note, Good ripe fruit and a balanced finish.
